Roamly (Roamly SAS, RCS Paris 000 000 000, 12 Rue de la Paix, 75002 Paris, France) sells prepaid mobile data eSIMs for international travel. We are a reseller: we do not operate our own mobile network.
Each plan is a fixed amount of mobile data, valid for a fixed number of days from first network connection, for a named destination. Plans are data only — no voice calls, no SMS, no local phone number. Plans do not renew automatically.
Your eSIM is delivered by email as a QR code and manual activation code, normally within 5 minutes of successful payment. No physical item is shipped.
You're responsible for confirming your device is eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked before you buy. See our Refund Policy for what happens if it turns out not to be.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Charges appear on your statement as ROAMLY*ESIM.
Roamly is not liable for network coverage or speed at your destination, which depends on our local operator partners, or for losses arising from your device being incompatible or locked. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant plan.
